The Dashboard is your Home Page with shortcuts to manage your platform. The navigation system is always visible and the dashboard can be designed and customised to suit your brand.
The Course Builder enables you to start building a new course with the click of a button. You upload an image for your course and this is displayed on your Home Page to your students. Create unlimited courses with unlimited course content pages and videos. After creating your course content use the Quiz Maker to add your assessment to generate student reports.
Add assessments to your content pages in your selected location using multiple-choice, true and false and sequential order questions to your courses. Innovative technologies allow you to add questions and answers quickly with inbuilt automation to assist your editors. The formative assessments allow students to assess knowledge without writing results to the database while the summative tests automatically generate the student reports. There is also the option to set your own pass marks for each quiz.
Automated certificates can be generated for each course using custom designed templates.
The News Editor enables you to publish news instantly to your platform. Text can be typed directly into the inbuilt editor and published. News stories with a publish status are shown immediately while the draft status allows for the stories to be approved by another administrator.
Create events that users can register by filling out pre-defined forms. Track and manage company events using one central system that is integrated within the platform calendar.
Generate specific student performance reports from your inbuilt student database. You can set start and end dates for your reports and the reports are exported as Excel files. You can generate reports on average or aggregate results, student performance, student progress and status reports.
The Enrolment Editor is the central portal to add single students, import a student list and search your student database. When setting up the student account, you create user profiles, apply username and passwords and allocate the student to specific courses. Integrations with HR and Payroll systems can also be automated.
The slideshow appears on your Home Page as a gallery of images, messages, videos or a combination. The Slideshow Editor allows you to edit, add or delete these components.

There is an activity log against each specific training course and trainee profile. This will be used as a communication tool between the Trainee, Trainer and Workplace Coach. These individuals can log conversations and add attachments through this channel, and it can be used as a transcript.

Released in October 2001, SCORM 1.2 is the most common and widely adopted version that will be around for a good, long while to come. eLearning content that has been published in SCORM 1.2 is able to be uploaded onto the platform and integrated into the reporting system.
